It is universal true that people love getting gifts. What if you give more than just one present to your love one. He/she will certainly expect a gift from you but it will come as a huge surprise for them to keep receiving presents throughout the day. You can schedule the gift-giving once every hour (or every few hours), and save the biggest or the best gift for last.

Nothing says birthday like balloons! You could set up the doorway balloon avalanche that you see all over Pinterest. Or you could put a birthday present in a closet, and then fill the closet with balloons, so all the balloons fall out when the door is open! This is usually done while the birthday person is sleeping or out for work.
